She loves her job, is dedicated and reigns supreme at the Steinbock where she has been offering hospitality since 1999 with eyes like a hawk that miss nothing. This also includes the appearance of Claudia Kruttschnitt's team, who always appear looking exquisite and lovely. Where she sources the glamorous traditional Dirndl dresses remains her best-kept secret.   But we do know how she keeps fit for her day to day work:  by taking part in every possible kind of sport.  

Peter Maxelmoser acquired a taste for cooking as a Sous Chef at the Hotel Walther.  Today, with inspiration and devotion in abundance, the Bavarian-born chef works meticulously alongside 8 hard-working hands in front of the Steinbock's ovens to the delight of our gourmet guests, again and again creating down-to-earth and modern taste sensations with dishes from far and wide.  

Almost from the first time he walked through the door, the Aargau-born technician has been like a "house doctor" to the beautiful divas from the earliest days. He is always on hand to fix coffee machines, patch up roof tiles and clear snow from the road.  During the Alpine summer he becomes friend to a wealth of Alpine flowers in the Walther garden, something that cannot be said about people who live by a river or lake. In his leisure time Werner Locher is a passionate fly fisher with a staggering number of catches!
