The cosy Jägerstube!
The Colani Stübli will charm you with its cosy Arvenstube. Here we serve modern and traditional Engadine fare but of course the rest of Graubünden, the southern valleys and international favourites are represented on the menu as well. By the way, the restaurant is named after the legendary Engadine hunter Gian Marchet Colani, who allegedly culled sixteen chamois in a single day. Tall tales? Maybe. What is absolutely true, however, is the excellent game prepared according to traditional recipes, to be savoured accompanied by some “death haloo” music during the autumn season.
