In the newly designed Steinbock Gaststuben, we have created an atmosphere of cosy informality that incorporates local traditions, natural materials and tongue-in-cheek décor.  In the traditional Colani Stübli, as well as in the Flora and Farfalla dining rooms, we serve Grisons dishes and popular international classics. Everything is prepared using fresh and seasonal produce sourced from local producers.

Just across the street at Hotel Walther, you can experience Italian ambience and homemade pasta in our La Trattoria Restaurant.

The Steinbock lobby serves as a cosy lounge area for guests and invites them to linger. The new, individual design concept combines tradition and modernity.
