The redesign of the ground floor brings the magic of the Engadin mountains into the building, presenting itself as a mix of orangery and hunting room: the inside and outside flow harmoniously into one – flora, fauna and the colours of nature find their way into the open-plan spaces. The artful play with local traditions, natural materials, tongue-in-cheek decorations and handicrafts creates a cosy informality. The new Steinbock is spirited, cheerful, contemporary and appeals to all generations.
