• Cancellations are treated in accordance with Article 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Cancellations must generally be made in writing.

• Room cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrival will not incur a charge, with the exception of certain periods as listed in our cancellation conditions (for example, Christmas/New Year).
• Cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will be charged at the rate of one night’s accommodation per room.
• Cancellations made 7 to 4 days prior to arrival will be charged at the rate of 50 per cent of the nights booked, on a room-and-breakfast basis.
• Cancellations made from 3 days prior to arrival will be charged in full for the nights booked.
• Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as a “no show” and will be charged in full unless the reservation is changed in writing 15 days in advance or according to the listed cancellation conditions.

• Room cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival will not incur a charge, with the exception of certain periods as listed in our cancellation conditions (for example, the Swiss National Holiday on 1st August). 
• Cancellations made 6 to 4 days prior to arrival will be charged at the rate of one night’s accommodation per room.
• Cancellations made from 3 days prior to arrival will be charged - up to 3 nights per room - on a room-and-breakfast basis.
• Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as a “no show” and will be charged in full unless the reservation is changed in writing at least 7 days in advance.
