• Cancellations are treated in accordance with Article 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Room cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrival will not incur a charge, with the exception of certain periods with special cancellation policies, for example, Christmas/New Year (21 days).
• Cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will be charged at the rate of 1 night’s accommodation per room.
• Cancellations made from 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full for the nights booked, at a maximum of 3 nights per room.
• Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as a “no show” and will be charged in full unless the reservation is changed in writing 15 days in advance or according to special cancellation policies.

• Room cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival will not incur a charge, with the exception of certain periods as listed in our cancellation conditions (for example, the Swiss National Holiday on 1 August). 
• Cancellations made 6 to 4 days prior to arrival will be charged at the rate of 1 night’s accommodation per room.
• Cancellations made from 7 days prior to arrival will be charged, up to 3 nights per room.
• Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as a “no show” and will be charged in full unless the reservation is changed in writing at least 7 days in advance, or pursuant to special cancellation policies.

• This rate is non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the season. The total price of the reservation is due at the time of booking and must be paid in full.
